Terms and Conditions HEADING_TITLE

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:



By placing and order, you are agreeing that you have read, acknowledged, understood, and agree to the terms below.


1) All units are REFURBISHED AS IS / INSPECTED / PASSED DIAGNOSTICS TESTS with possible visible, invisible, and negligible cosmetic blemishes.A 30 Day Parts and Labor Limited Depot Warranty applies to all Dollar Computer / ComputersFree products, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. No O/S Included. We do not sell or charge you for any software. We do not install the O/S. Warranty does not cover O/S, Screen, Battery Life, Viruses, Misuse & Breakage. I acknowledge an understand that all pictures on item listings are simply a representation of the unit I am purchasing, and does not entitle the actual picture of the item, nor the condition. I understand the actual units(s) condition will be of refurbished condition with cosmetic blemishes, which are further explained below. I understand that all listings are subject to availability and that Dollar Computer is not responsible for any typing errors or to any items that may be out of stock or not available.


2) All warranties will be VOID if it is found on Dollar inspection that product has been abused, altered, replaced, dropped, broken, or opened. Dollar is not responsible for compatibility problems with any hardware, software, or virus issues.


3) Test all products ASAP to verify products have not been damaged in freight.

If boxes are received damaged – contact Dollar Computer ASAP and do not throw the boxes away! Buyer MUST request an RMA number for any defective products no later than 30 days from the date of the posted invoice. NO Exceptions!


4) If product arrives DOA, Dollar Computer will repair / replace the defective product after issuing an RMA number.

If Dollar Computer is unable to replace the product or provide a comprable substitute– Dollar will credit buyer once the product has been returned.


5) No merchandise will be accepted for replacement or repair without prior RMA number and Written Authorization RMA Request Form.

6) Vendor does not pay shipping charges for RMA merchandise.


7) All prices are cash prices, payment by other methods will lose the 3% cash discount which is added back.


8) Company & Personal checks are subject to 2% Insurance Charge. Shipping, Cash Discounts, Duties, Taxes, Extended Warranty, and

Other Charges are non-refundable & non-reversible.


9) Foreign customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, VATT, and all other local or import taxes. Buyer pays all applicable Duties, Taxes, and Customs. If shipping carrier is unable to collect freight charges from Buyer, credit card on file is authorized to be charged.


10) Buyer must prepay for shipping and handling. No shipping on Buyer’s Fedex / UPS / DHL / Airborne / Carrier account. Dollar shipping prices include discounted carrier rates, Truck Deliveries, Air/Ground Shipments + additional charges + packaging + labor.


11) Specifications and Part Numbers may vary from standard OEM depending on availability without notice


12) This warranty is nontransferrable and void once product is resold. One exception – if Buyer purchases an extended warranty that is resold to your customer and your customer information is provided to Dollar Computer for Extended Warranty Purposes. Otherwise, Dollar Computer will not tech support your customers. Please test all product prior to shipping to your customers.


13) Refused or Unauthorized Returned products will be charged a 20% restocking fee.


Terms of “Refurbished Laptop Condition”

*What is “Reasonably Good Condition?



All units are AS IS / INSPECTED / PASSED DIAGNOSTICS TESTS with possible visible, invisible, and negligible cosmetic blemishes. All units sold are either Grade A or Grade B Refurbished Laptops – “Tested by qualified Certified A+ Technicians.”

  • These units may have the following blemishes but does not necessarily apply to all units.

  • There are no mechanical defects unless specified on price list.

  • These machines may or may not have any of the following cosmetic defect(s).

  • Part numbers and specifications may vary slightly, but the model is the same.

  • These machines have had surface wiped off and cleaned, but not touched up.

  • Minor nicks, chips, and scratches may or may not be present.

  • LCD screen may have small (<1/2", no mouse burn, no gouges, no dead pixels) scratch, or blemish.

  • Batteries considered “As Is” and may or may not hold a charge. New batteries available for an additional charge.

  • Many units have minor marks externally on the LCD Screen from pressure of

touchpad / accupoint mouse and keyboard, but normally cannot be noticed when laptop is turned on.

  • Most units do not have defect(s) but some may have a scratch(s) or a section(s) with missing paint, depending

upon the manufacturer and machine coating.

  • The machine case may or may not have a chip, crack or cracks.

  • The chip / crack(s), if any, will be barely visible, unless specified.

  • These chips / cracks do not impede the function of the machine.



*Many cosmetics are difficult to detect, unless you are specifically looking for it.



We ship worldwide except Africa, Nigeria, Indonesia, Ukraine, Lithuania. Stated shipping costs are for orders within the United States. Please contact us at support(at)dollarcomputer(dot)com or estimated international shipping costs. The difference in shipping method can be chosen by the buyer, as their preferred method, but Dollar Corp can send out via another method but similar service type at no extra cost. Orders are usually procesed and shipped out within 24-72 business hours after payment has been received and cleared. All shipping prices advertised or given out upon confirmation are estimated. If shipping costs come out to be more, customer will be notified before shipping. All prices advertised on Dollar Computer are subject to availability and at Dollar's discretion. Dollar Computer is not responsible for any typos.

Prices are cash prices. If paying with Credit Card, the 3% cash discount will be added back on top of the total. COD-for Domestic orders only.

International buyers please use Wire Transfer.

Taxes - All buyers residing in California or any orders shipping to California will be charged a 7.75% Sales Tax, as well as a $6.00 electronic waste recycling fee for all laptops with 14" or smaller screens. For 15" Screens, an $8.00 fee applies. Reference Recycle-Senate Bill 50 Ch863. These fees will be applied to the invoice after manual verification of residence. 



PayPal is only for US Residents and confirmed accounts. We only ship to confirmed addresses - no exceptions!



Wire Transfer, Western Union and Escrow.com is available for international orders.

If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please fax copy of card holder's picture ID with signed authorization to ship order to the shipping address. Fax # OR you may list the shipping address by calling the card issuer. Thank You for helping us to prevent Credit Card Frauds.

For all credit card orders placed on products in stock, will be shipped out within next 24-48 working hours, subject to credit approval. By providing your credit card information, and confirming order, you are authorizing us, Dollar Computer, to charge your credit card for the order total. Agreeing to the terms and conditions, authorizes Dollar Computer to use and charge the credit card, that has been provided to be used as payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are sold AS IS or with limited day warranties. There is no warranty on the laptop batteries, LCD Screen, or operating system/software. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items, shipping-handling-and other charges are non-refundable. We do not provide any guarantee or support with compatibility issues, internet, virus, and software concerns. We offer warranties on certain items, if you do receive the item and its defective, please contact our tech support at (800) 436-0552 and you will be helped. Item will be repaired or replaced if it has not been tampered with in any way.



Making a purchase and placing an order acknowledges that you have read and understand terms of unit condition.

I authorize Dollar Computer Corporation to apply purchases an/or credits to my credit card account. This authorization applies to any future credit card numbers and expiration dates that I may use for additional purchases made and confirmed verbally, emailed, or faxed and/or credits from Dollar Computer Corporation. This authority will remain in effect until I give written notification.

Call your representative with your original invoice, for RMA number; which must be placed on outside of return box. Product must be returned w/in 7 days of RMA# issue in like or same packaging with all manuals, cables, etc… Warranty is repair, replace, refund-our option…Dollar is not responsible for typographical errors that may occur.
